Frequently asked questions
What does Full Unlock include?
A one-time, non-consumable purchase unlocks Challenge (including Endless continuation) and all tools in the current version. It does not complete journey levels or change best scores or titles. Challenge runs still allow up to three equipped tools; other modes follow the in-game Toolbox limits.
Where can I download the game?
Pipe Panic is now available on the App Store. Availability depends on your Apple Account’s store region. The game is currently unavailable in mainland China and Vietnam.
How do I restore a purchase on another device?
Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase, then choose Restore Purchases on the Full Unlock screen. Apple verifies your purchase over the internet. Restoring purchases is separate from restoring game progress through iCloud.
Why is iCloud not syncing, or showing local-only storage?
Check that you are signed in to iCloud, that this app is allowed to use iCloud, and that your connection and iCloud storage are available. The game saves locally first and syncs at suitable checkpoints. Keep your current installation and save; do not uninstall to troubleshoot a sync problem. Contact us with the sync status shown on the home screen if the issue continues.
Am I charged for TestFlight purchases?
Builds installed through TestFlight use Apple’s sandbox purchases and do not make real charges. Confirm the installation source and system purchase prompt first. Test purchases are separate from real App Store purchases and are not guaranteed to carry over to the released game.
Can I play on both iPhone and iPad?
The game supports iOS / iPadOS 17 and later. iPhone uses a portrait interface; iPad uses a landscape layout. You can pan across larger boards without changing their size.
How do I request a refund or remove data?
